Can I get a sample of the socks? Is there a charge for it?
In principle, we charge a proofing fee to ensure that the samples meet your high standards. We have a ‘pay now, pay later’ policy: your sample fee will be deducted as part of your upfront payment as soon as you confirm your bulk order. What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically, the minimum order quantity for each style is 1,000 pairs. However, we offer flexibility and can negotiate minimum order quantities for specific projects or sample orders.
What customization options do you offer?
We have our own design team and can also provide customization services including materials, design, dimensions, and packaging.
What payment methods does Troveout accept?
Our payment methods include T/T (telegraphic transfer) and PayPal for small transactions. Our payment terms are flexible while ensuring security and convenience for both parties.
